Joshua "Brotha" Ash is a rapper, producer, musician and entrepreneur from the Garden State (New Jersey). Brotha got introduced to hi-hop at a young age. The youngest of three; Brotha became a hip-hop and r&b fanatic from following the songs his older siblings endorsed. Growing up Brotha enjoyed artist like Lil Wayne, The Notorious B.I.G, Jay-Z, Kanye West, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar and Meek Mill. After years of being a fan, Brotha used his fascination with hip-hop as a tool of self expression and began to write songs of his own.

Brotha has released over 25 songs that you can listen to on all streaming platforms. When he isn't in the booth recording the next hit or chopping up his home made beats, you can find Brotha knee deep in his business "The Wick Ent". Originally founded in 2019 as Maplewick Records LLC; "The Wick Ent." is the evolution and growth of Brotha's legacy. There is so much in the future for the Wick. It's not just a record label, it's a family of entrepreneurs, and creatives of multiple endeavors.
